Welcome to CGN Buffalo!
Information about CGN's Mobile
Food Pantry: We currently are on
the East Side twice monthly on the
first and third Thursdays. We give
out non-perishables and fresh
produce at this time. We are a small,
volunteer pantry and currently do
not give our meat or dairy; that will
change in the very near future.
Other times of the week we only
have access to non-perishables.

CGN ON THE NEWS!
"32 During those days, the entire community of believers was deeply united in heart and soul to such an extent that they stopped claiming private ownership of their possessions. Instead, they held everything in common. 33 The apostles with great power gave their eyewitness reports of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. Everyone was surrounded by an extraordinary grace. 34 Not a single person in the community was in need because those who had been affluent sold their houses or lands and brought the proceeds 35 to the community members of Creator. They then distributed the funds to individuals according to their needs."
Acts 4:32-35

"For two years under the leadership of Rev. Kwame Pitts, Community of Good Neighbors has fulfilled its role of participation in the continued fight towards eradicating food disparity and working towards food equity. CGN was formed in 2020 as another vehicle to be in and service to the community, in a time that was needed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now as 2024 evolves into 2025, CGN is looking to stretch beyond and build community outside our work of CGN's Mobile Food Pantry. CGN is dedicated to leadership development and training community advocates from within the CGN community and beyond, reaching into the neighborhoods surrounding on the East Side and the width and breath of the city."
